• Do not sign documents to be notarized ahead of time. They must be signed in front of the notary.

• Documents to be notarized must display official notary language.

• You must bring a current, valid, official, government-issued photo ID such as a state-issued Driver’s License/Non-Driver’s License, Passport, or Military ID.

• Notary Scouts does not provide witnesses unless requested, your witnesses must be present during the signing.

Our Mobile Notary or Traveling Notary is a notary public who travels to meet clients in person.   

Make an appointment and the mobile notary will meet you at the specified time and location. Fees are typically much higher as you must pay for their travel time and expenses.
